Mostly we serve Central Florida. For jobs beyond our usual range we can travel case-by-case. Tell us your location and we’ll quote it. 


Same day service is our priority if schedule permits - otherwise next business day. If it’s urgent, ask for rush/after-hours and we’ll try to squeeze you in. 


Clear the area, ensure water/power access, and have any error notes/photos ready. If possible, don’t run a cleaning cycle right before we arrive. 


Yes, such as Rancilio Egro, La Cimbali S20/S30, WMF1500/1500s/5000 to name a few. Share the brand/model and issue; and we will take care of you. 


If parts are correct and safe, yes—labor is billed and no warranty on customer-supplied parts. 


Dedicated power, cold-water line with shutoff, drain access, and countertop cutouts. See our Pre-Install Checklist. 


Gaskets/screens: typically 3–6 months in cafés (usage dependent). Filters: follow manufacturer or hardness—commonly 6–12 months. 


New: Manufacturer warranty (typically 1-year parts/90-day labor—brand-specific). We assist with claims; on-site labor billed unless stated otherwise. Refurb: 90-day shop warranty on parts we replaced. 


New machines: 14 days unused in original box; 15% restock. Refurb/used: final sale except DOA (7 days). Service parts: final sale. 


Inspect on delivery and note damage on the bill of lading. Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll coordinate a claim/replacement.
